Alex Govorukha at Steam Plus does a great job. He takes care to use the proper cleaning application with the vast array of materials used in today’s carpeting and upholstery. He is good at educating the consumer on his [stain removal] approach before just ‘having at it’. He’s professional, careful, patient, and my favorite-on time…not to mention a heck of a nice guy.
